SAR Flag Awards

Our chapter members actively recognize the patriotism of individuals, families, organizations, and businesses in their neighborhoods and communities which choose to display a U.S. flag inside or outside. Awardees demonstrate respect for the U.S. Flag by carefully following the requirements of U.S. Code Title 4 Chapter 1.  Many awardees make particular efforts to assure their outside flag is all-weather and lit when displayed at night as required by the code.     Chapter members present awardees with Flag Certificates in recognition of their effort and patriotism.
